Frequently Asked Questions
-
No. Our caregivers provide non-medical practical and emotional support.
-
Yes. Every visit is tailored to your family’s unique needs and priorities. Your caregiver may help with baby care while you rest, support older siblings through play and activities, wash dishes, fold laundry, prepare simple meals and snacks, stock diapering stations, tidy common areas, refill water bottles, set up independent activities for children, and provide a calm, supportive presence during the postpartum season. Our goal is to lighten the load so you have more time and energy to heal, bond with your baby, and enjoy your family.
-
We carefully select caregivers who have significant experience supporting newborns, infants, children, and families. Many of our caregivers are mothers themselves and understand firsthand the challenges and joys of the postpartum season. Every caregiver is CPR certified and completes comprehensive training and supervised shadowing with senior caregivers to ensure they are prepared to provide safe, compassionate, and dependable support in your home.
